- Are there any middlemen?
- No. On big boosting sites, your order passes through web support, Telegram or Discord support and an advertiser before a team sees it. Here you talk directly to Team Veras, the team you’ll play with: faster replies and no middleman markup.
- Do you need my password?
- No. It’s self-play: you log in on your own character and we invite you to the group. We never ask for your password.
- When are you open?
- 10am to 2am EST. After you pay, we message you on Discord or by email to book a time.
- Do I need Discord?
- It’s optional, but it’s the fastest way to book your run. Without it, we’ll message you in the chat on your order page.
- What do I need before a run?
- A level 90 character. For the Heroic raid, come with a fresh lockout.
- How do I pay?
- With Stripe or PayPal when you place your order.
- How do I check on my order?
- Go to My orders and enter the email you ordered with. We’ll send you a code to type in. No password. The link in any email we sent you about the order opens it too.
